DEPUTIES ARREST TWO MEN ON FELONY DRUG CHARGES
CYPRESS, LA.

Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested two men on felony drug charges according to Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Victor Jones Jr.

On Sunday morning, at approximately 12:20am, sheriff’s deputies observed what appeared to be a stranded Chevrolet pickup truck on La. Hwy 120 near Cypress.

When deputies stopped to render aid, they observed suspicious behavior from the vehicle occupants, obtaining permission to search the vehicle.

During a search of the vehicle, deputies discovered a cellophane bag containing approximately 40 suspected “alprazolam” pills, concealed in the dashboard.

*Justin T. Ludlow, 19 of 610 Bethel Road, Waxachie, Texas was booked into the Natchitoches Detention Center charged with Possession of CDS Schedule IV Alprazolam with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ludlow is also on probation in Texas.

*Christopher B. Massey, 144 Sandest Street, Lafayette, La was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center charged with Possession of CDS Schedule IV Alprazolam with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Involved in the arrests were: Deputies Brandon Smith, Clinton Dunn, and Reserve Deputy Kelvin Samuel.
